  1. JOB TITLE

If your candidate is selected, Contract Employee will complete the attached TRC paper timesheet every week and TRC manager/supervisor will sign it every Friday.   Every week, Staffing Agency will submit an invoice to TRC AP with the appropriate TRC paper timesheets as a backup (no other timesheet will be accepted).  The monthly invoice and corresponding invoices must be saved as one file when submitted to TRC AP.  Invoices can be emailed or mailed to TRC AP using the below information.

The invoice must include the following:

an invoice date on or after the date when the invoiced work was performed by Subcontractor; a unique invoice number; the time period during which the Subcontract Work was performed; the correct remittance address; Subcontractor’s complete name as it should appear on the remittance; Subcontractor’s telephone number; TRC’s contact name; the TRC Purchase Order number; each TRC approved timesheet for the time period of invoice (timesheets and invoices must be in one file that is submitted to TRC AP); and any other specific information required by the Subcontract Work.

There are no plans for the candidate to travel.  

If travel funding is added, all travel requires TRC Program Manager prior written approval.  Staffing Agency shall be reimbursed only for necessary, reasonable, and actual travel expenses for transportation, lodging, meals and incidental expenses only to the extent that they do not exceed the maximum per diem rate in effect at the time of travel, as set forth in the United States Federal Travel Regulations for the area of travel authorized under this Agreement. Air travel shall be reimbursed for coach class only. Lodging expenses are reimbursable only where incurred from establishments serving the general public.  All travel expenses will be billed as a direct pass thru without benefit of any burden such as G&A or Fee.  An expense report must include receipts for travel expenses (mileage, meals, hotel and incidental expenses) and must be sent to TRC AP for processing.

BACKGROUND CHECK/DRUG TEST period of performance is up to 6 months with a possible option to extend. TRC shall have the right to hire any candidate at no cost at any time.

 

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

 

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Candidate will work 40 hours a week.
  • Hours will be determined between Candidate and TRC PM.
  • Candidate may be required to work an extended work week or as necessary to support the program schedule. Candidate shall submit requests for authorization to work overtime prior to performing any overtime.
  • Any hours over 40 hours a week must be preapproved in writing from TRC Manager.

TRC will provide the required computer equipment to perform their work. TRC will not provide printers. Equipment supplied by TRC is to be used for business purposes only and will be maintained by TRC. An inventory of all TRC IT equipment received by each candidate will be provided and candidates receiving IT equipment agree to take appropriate action to protect the items from damage or theft. Upon termination of assignment, all Company IT equipment will be returned to the TRC. Consistent with TRC’s expectations on information security, candidates must adhere to all Company policies for acceptable use and protection of Company equipment, systems, networks, and information. Candidates are responsible for securing computing equipment, protecting logged-in computers from accidental or intentional misuse, and using extra care when handling Company and customer proprietary and confidential information, in both digital and paper forms. All measures should be taken to ensure that the Company is not unreasonably exposed to cybersecurity threats or loss of information. Candidates are prohibited from using publicly accessible wi-fi when working on TRC computer equipment. USB devices will be blocked on all TRC computer equipment. Candidate will be responsible for securing an adequate internet connection (speed, security, and bandwidth) to effectively perform the essential duties of the job. Internet service is at the candidate’s expense.  Work phone number will be provided as a MS Teams one. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining their home offices so that they can accomplish their work in an efficient, safe, and expeditious manner. TRC will not be responsible for costs associated with the setup of the candidate's home office to include remodeling, furniture such as desks, chairs or file cabinets, and lighting or repairs or modifications to the home office space. TRC accepts no responsibility for damage or repairs to candidate-owned equipment.

Candidate will work onsite at Rockville MD or Clifton Park, NY office when the site re-opens. Primary work location preference is 700 King Farm Blvd, 3rd Floor Rockville, MD 20850 but will consider candidate working at our Clifton Park, NY office. Onsite is mandatory when site is open. While site is closed, candidate will work remote. Candidate to pay for all travel costs to their work site that includes public transportation and parking at work site.

TYPE (FULL TIME/PART TIME) Knowledge of Application Program Interface (API’s) required.  Prefer use and support of the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform, but not required. Experience working with utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs Ability to effectively manage and negotiate multiple priorities and deliverables within an entrepreneurial work setting Provide subject matter expertise to customers including technologies and implementation methodologies to successfully implement SharePoint/CRM solutions. TRC is seeking a CRM Programmer to support the delivery of a large commercial energy efficiency program. The CRM Programmer will be responsible for developing CRM applications using customization and configuration techniques to help customers achieve their goals. This role will drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build and test, and deploy.

 

Primary job activities include:

· Work with Development team, Business Analysts, and Business users to produce software solutions

· Develop, implement, and maintain applications on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform

· Build end points to integrate Dynamics

· Develop scripts, identify and resolve website bugs on Microsoft Dynamic CRM to enhance user experience.

· Contribute to the best practices and CRM customization standards to be utilized on Dynamics CRM-based projects

· Conduct code reviews to ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed

· Develop system and program specifications to meet client needs

· Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows

· Create and maintain schema and code to support system/program requirements

· Adhere to company standards, policies and procedures

· Create and maintain appropriate user and technical documentation

· Work with clients to resolve problems in a timely manner and escalate as appropriate

· Work independently and balance multiple and competing priorities and execute accordingly.

· Be familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices in order to engage with team on project development.
