- JOB TITLE
If your candidate is selected, Contract Employee will complete the attached TRC paper timesheet every week and TRC manager/supervisor will sign it every Friday. Once a month, Staffing Agency will submit an invoice to TRC AP with the appropriate TRC paper timesheets as a backup (no other timesheet will be accepted). The monthly invoice and corresponding invoices must be saved as one file when submitted to TRC AP. Invoices can be emailed or mailed to TRC AP using the below information.

The invoice must include the following:
an invoice date on or after the date when the invoiced work was performed by Subcontractor; a unique invoice number; the time period during which the Subcontract Work was performed; the correct remittance address; Subcontractor’s complete name as it should appear on the remittance; Subcontractor’s telephone number; TRC’s contact name; the TRC Purchase Order number; each TRC approved timesheet for the time period of invoice (timesheets and invoices must be in one file that is submitted to TRC AP); and any other specific information required by the Subcontract Work.
At this time, no travel will be needed for this position.
If travel funding is added, all travel requires TRC Program Manager prior written approval. Staffing Agency shall be reimbursed only for necessary, reasonable, and actual travel expenses for transportation, lodging, meals and incidental expenses only to the extent that they do not exceed the maximum per diem rate in effect at the time of travel, as set forth in the United States Federal Travel Regulations for the area of travel authorized under this Agreement. Air travel shall be reimbursed for coach class only. Lodging expenses are reimbursable only where incurred from establishments serving the general public. All travel expenses will be billed as a direct pass thru without benefit of any burden such as G&A or Fee. An expense report must include receipts for travel expenses (mileage, meals, hotel and incidental expenses) and must be sent to TRC AP for processing.

BACKGROUND CHECK/DRUG TEST
- Candidate will work 40 hours a week.
- Hours will be determined between Candidate and TRC Manager.
- Candidate may be required to work an extended work week or as necessary to support the program schedule. Candidate shall submit requests for authorization to work overtime prior to performing any overtime.
- Any hours over 40 hours a week must be preapproved in writing from TRC Manager. All written approvals must be submitted with that week’s timesheet in order for TRC to pay for those hours over 40 hours a week.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE TRC will provide the required computer equipment to perform work. TRC will not provide printers. Equipment supplied by TRC is to be used for business purposes and will be maintained by TRC. An inventory of all TRC IT equipment received by each candidate will be provided and candidates receiving IT equipment agree to take appropriate action to protect the items from damage or theft. Upon termination of assignment, all Company IT equipment will be returned to the TRC. Consistent with TRC’s expectations on information security, candidates must adhere to all Company policies for acceptable use and protection of Company equipment, systems, networks, and information. Candidates are responsible for securing computing equipment, protecting logged-in computers from accidental or intentional misuse, and using extra care when handling Company and customer proprietary and confidential information, in both digital and paper forms. All measures should be taken to ensure that the Company is not unreasonably exposed to cybersecurity threats or loss of information. Candidates are prohibited from using publicly accessible wi-fi when working on TRC computer equipment. USB devices will be blocked on all TRC computer equipment. Candidate will be responsible for securing an adequate internet connection (speed, security, and bandwidth) and phone service to effectively perform the essential duties of the job. Phone service can be cell service. Internet and phone service are at the candidate’s expense. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining their home offices so that they can accomplish their work in an efficient, safe, and expeditious manner. TRC will not be responsible for costs associated with the setup of the candidate's home office to include remodeling, furniture such as desks, chairs or file cabinets, and lighting or repairs or modifications to the home office space. TRC accepts no responsibility for damage or repairs to candidate-owned equipment.
This job is not virtual. On site work at a data center as well as working from the designated office will be required. It may be possible to work remotely for a couple of days of the week. However, that will depend upon the TRC Manager.

TYPE (FULL TIME/PART TIME) Bachelor degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field. Certification in related fields (Security +, MCSA, MCSE) would be a plus.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Three years of relevant experience with Microsoft Windows server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policies, Cyber Security and TCP/IP networking. Experience in implementing and executing patch management solutions using tools like Microsoft WSUS. Experience in deploying, implementing and configuring endpoint protection solutions. This includes ability to configure host integrity, host firewall and application restrictions. Experience in developing, implementing, testing and deploying Active Directory Group Policies, writing PowerShell scripts following best practices especially focusing on endpoint security. Experience in writing system documentation, system specifications/requirements, presentations, and training materials.
MINIMUM TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE Configuring and deployment experience of OT end point devices according to Purdue model and NIST standards. Basic understanding of NERC-CIP compliance. Strong knowledge of Windows AD, LDAP, VMWare Capability to work under pressure in an operational environment Disaster Planning abilities. Good Communication Skills and strong work ethics. Work collaboratively as a team player.
DESIRED SKILLS Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware in a network. Experience with Windows Server management and Windows domain architecture. Knowledge of event management tools (SolarWinds, etc.). Understanding basic networking, including subnets, routing, and VLANs; Cisco experience and/or certification.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and administration of Microsoft Windows systems and endpoint security. Implement, install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing and new versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems. Implement appropriate settings to improve and harden security posture of endpoints including restricting use of local admin accounts and implementation of least privilege principle. Test and deploy security controls on OT endpoints. Responsible for integration of user workstations with Microsoft Windows server operating systems and Active Directory. Provide support to technical staff regarding system administration and usage. Provide support to Technicians who are involved in diagnosing and correcting system related failures and performing system management activities; Identify logical solutions to complex system administration and application problems.
